From the patio you can see the tee box to the left and the entire fairway and the green and waterfall to the right. The patio also includes a natural gas bar be que for your use .The unit comes complete with all linens, dishes, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, toaster, blender and coffee pot. All three bathrooms have a hair dryer. There is a Washer Dryer in the unit and it comes with enough soap and fabric softener to get you started. The condo is just across the street from the community pool and just over a block to groceries at Albertson's and Ralphs. Starbucks is also right there along with restaurants and fast food.

departure and examination, so long as the property is
undamaged.
All deposits so far have been 100% returned. If you break a glass or a dish just let us know in advance and it will be replaced at no charge.
*Occupant(s) reservation is not held
in your name until we receive back a copy of your signed Rental Agreement
contract, a copy of your deposit check (or Pay Pal payment confirmation) and a
copy of your driver’s license via fax or e-mail. There is a 3% fee for a credit
card payment (as charged by our bank). To avoid a fee when paying via Pay Pal, be
sure to use “Friends and Family”. In most cases all fees are due now. Final
balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations within 120 days occupancy are subject to forfeiture of $500 deposit unless dates can be re rented

SMOKING! Unless outside on the patio. Smoking in the house is and automatic forfeit of your damage deposit. My neighbors will let me know.
